A modern day palace, the Bel-Air mansion recently finished its construction, and is currently the most expensive house on the US market with a $250 million price tag. Boasting a breathtaking view of Los Angeles, alongside its mesmerizing architecture, the opulent property set the bar pretty high on the luxury real estate market.
The main dining room, which looks right out to the city, features $2 million worth of steel stairs.
Situated on 38.000 ft2 of land, the mansion has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, 5 bars, 3 kitchens, 2 elevators, 7 staffers, spa and fitness centers, a massage studio and a James Bond themed Dolby Theater that can accommodate 40 people.
With its four-line bowling hall, hydraulic theater sized movie screen, 85-feet long Italian glass infinity pool, floating bar, mini jetskis and a catamaran, every conceivable outlet of comfort, entertainment and luxury has been included in the estate.
Below the infinity pool lies an auto gallery which exhibits numerous luxury cars, including a $30 million Formula 1 race car with an accelaration capacity of 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds. Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Bentleys and half a dozen motorcycles are among the other pieces decorating this gallery.

Besides these facets, 130 other artistic installations have been used for furnishings and decor around the mansion, such as skateboards, guns, chrome sculptures, a digital piece portraying Disney’s Seven Dwarfs and a bespoke foosball machine. Even the $200,000 feature wall made of candy could be enough of a reason to buy the property.
